My story: From passion for technology to intelligent AI solutions

For over twenty years, I have been combining two worlds: business and technology. I am not the type of person who changes jobs every year. For me, the most important things are stability, relationships, and the possibility of deep involvement in projects that really change something in the company I fully identify with. This journey is a history of continuous development – from building IT from scratch, to creating systems based on artificial intelligence.

Foundations: An IT specialist who built everything

Everything serious in IT started at CHEMADEX S.A. It was a real school of life. Imagine a construction company employing 100 – 150 people and a one-person IT department – that was me. For over a decade, I computerized this company from scratch. I administered servers (Windows, Lotus Domino, SQL server), implemented ERP and CRM systems, took care of security, and at the same time I was daily support for every employee. It was there that I learned that technology must serve people and real business needs. Interestingly, I also dealt with creating websites and marketing, which gave me a broader view of the company’s operations.

Depth: In the world of data and ERP systems

After gaining such versatile experience, I decided to go deeper. At NOMADE KMM, I immersed myself in the world of ERP systems, specifically TETA HR. As a consultant, I participated in a dozen implementations, but what fascinated me the most happened “under the hood.” For hours, I wrote complex queries, procedures, and functions in PL/SQL and T-SQL, creating custom solutions that perfectly fit the clients’ needs and extended the standard application functions. That’s when programming and databases became one of my strongest suits.

Present and future: Director, leader, programmer, and visionary

Today, as the IT Director at Dom BEST and Portal PRO, I have the pleasure of leading a fantastic team of programmers, administrators, and IT specialists. My role is not just management, but active creation. I believe that a modern IT leader must lead from the battlefield, not from a distant hill.
Our greatest successes in recent years include:

Creation of our own CRM system and a platform for integrating data from various ERP systems, which gave the company amazing flexibility.
Entering the world of artificial intelligence. We developed the AI Assistant (HELIX), which will soon revolutionize the work of property managers and insurance agents, and we also design intelligent agents for task automation.
Continuous development in the latest technologies. I personally program in Python (Django, FastAPI), because I believe that a leader must be up-to-date and inspire the team with his own example.
Outside of work, I love sharing knowledge – whether during training sessions or mentoring younger colleagues. My philosophy is simple: never stop learning. Technology is racing forward, and I want to be not only its observer, but an active creator.
