Technology is only half of my work.
For nearly 30 years, I have connected software, implementations, leadership and business needs. I still design and build solutions myself.
From one-person IT department to AI systems
I understand technology from several perspectives: as an administrator, implementation consultant, database specialist, developer and IT leader.
That range matters. A system can be technically impressive and still fail because it ignores the people who use it, the economics of the process or the realities of implementation. I learned early that technology must make somebody’s work genuinely easier.
Today I use that experience to build focused business applications, integrations and AI solutions. I work directly with clients — from the first conversation and architecture to code, testing and launch.
After PortalPRO ceased operations on 31 July 2026, I began a new chapter focused entirely on freelance projects and my own digital products.
Professional path
Breadth first. Then depth.
Each stage added another layer: infrastructure, enterprise software, data, leadership and finally custom applications and AI.
Building IT from the ground up
For more than a decade I ran IT for a construction company: servers, ERP and CRM systems, security, user support, websites and digital marketing.
ERP, HR and databases
As a TETA HR consultant I participated in over a dozen implementations and created custom reports, procedures, integrations and extensions in SQL, PL/SQL and T-SQL.
Leadership without leaving technology
I led programmers, administrators and IT specialists while remaining involved in architecture, product decisions and implementation.
Custom applications and AI
I now build practical systems in Python, Django and FastAPI — including CRMs, analytics, document processing and knowledge assistants.
How I think
A wider horizon is a practical advantage.
Science, literature and science fiction are not separate from my professional work. They train curiosity, imagination and the ability to question obvious answers.
Business outcome first
I start with the process, cost and user problem — not with a fashionable framework.
Deliberate simplicity
The best system is not the one with the most features, but the one people can actually use.
